WorkBox have been attending property network events in the Midlands for over 20 years and experience the good, the bad and the darn right ugly! Since recent global events the good ones seem to have taken longer than expected to re-surface so WorkBox decided maybe we should give it a try!  So did just that, we sat down and brainstormed all the good things we loved about past events and remembered the thing that really worked. The right number of guests, you need to be able to hear the person in front of you and not get shoulders barged every 2 minutes! The right guests, your time is precious so if you have 2-3 hours to spare a few times a year you will want to speak to the right people. How often do you need these events, too little people lose interest and too often people get bored. Lastly the location of the event needs to be right and inspires people to attend, relax and stay longer.

So with all this detailed discussed at length by the WB team we decided to host our WorkBox Property Exchange four times a year at Colmore Row’s Eighteen for guests up to 70 people all connected with the Midlands’ property and construction industry. Our first event was hosted in September 2023, our second in February this year and our third in June. Our fourth will be later in 2024 and then we’ll start over again!

The event has grown each time with increased numbers with a large amount returning to enjoy, the company, food, drink and atmosphere . The environment allows attendees to engage with fellow professionals in sharing ideas, thoughts, projections, live and future projects, as well as making new friends!
