The Brief

Our client required a modern, flexible workspace across two floors in the heart of Birmingham. The aim was to create an environment that supports collaboration, improves circulation, and enhances the overall experience for both staff and visitors.

The project needed to be delivered within a tight programme, while maintaining a high-quality finish throughout.

Our Approach

Working from the agreed layout and design by Matt Taylor, WorkBox UK carefully planned and delivered a phased transformation across both floors.

The design focused on maximising functionality, flexibility, and future adaptability, ensuring the space could evolve with the business.

The transformation included:
